Raisoni International Skill Tech University, Pune, recently hosted a dynamic guest session titled “Import and Export” featuring Dr. Omkar Dange, seasoned expert in international trade with over 19 years of experience in import export management, logistics and trade compliance. Organized under the university's Entrepreneurship Club, the session provided students with invaluable insights into the complexities and rewards of the Import and Export.
Dr. Omkar Dange addressed a variety of important topics during the lecture, including The Fundamentals of Import and Export Understanding the basics of international trade.

Navigating Trade Policies and Regulations Practical advice on compliance and overcoming trade barriers.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management Strategies to streamline operations for efficiency. The session was highly interactive, with students enthusiastically engaging in a Q&A segment where Dr. Omkar Dange provided expert advice on starting and sustaining a business in the global trade industry.
The session was expertly coordinated by Faculty Club Coordinator Prof. Rahul Shinde, who was instrumental in organizing the event. Special guidance and support were extended by Honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. M. U. Kharat along with the university’s leadership team, including Dr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) & Registrar (Officiating), Dr. Garima Choubey, I/c Dean, School of Management and Dr. Sandeep Raskar, I/c Dean, Students Welfare. Prof. Sakshi Ganorkar and Prof. Sandhya Rajput contributed significantly by coordinating with students to ensure smooth execution of the event.
