Admission Procedure

Getting into GHRISTU's is a structured yet seamless process. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Admission Notification
  • The University announces the commencement of the admission cycle via the official website, campus notice boards, and public platforms. Candidates are advised to stay updated to ensure all deadlines are met.
Step 2: Application Submission
  • Prospective students must complete the application form with accurate personal and academic details. Ensure all required supporting documents are attached before submission.
Step 3: Shortlisting & Selection
  • Following the application deadline, the University will publish a list of shortlisted candidates based on academic merit (Class 12th PCB marks). Shortlisted students will be notified directly.
Step 4: Provisional Admission (If Awaiting Results)
  • Candidates currently appearing for their Class 12 examinations may apply. If shortlisted, admission is granted subject to submitting the final Class 12 mark sheet within one month of result declaration. Failure to meet eligibility criteria will result in the cancellation of admission.
Step 5: Application Rejection Criteria
  • Applications may be rejected for ineligibility, non-payment of fees, incomplete forms, or missing documentation.
Step 6: Enrollment Confirmation
  • Upon successful verification of documents and fee payment, students are assigned a University Enrollment Number, officially marking the start of their journey at GHRISTU.
