FAQ

Do I need to be "artistic" to join this course?

While creativity helps, wedding management is as much about logistics and organization as it is about aesthetics. We teach you the business logic behind the "art."

Yes. The program includes site visits, internships with top planning agencies, and the opportunity to manage live university events.

Huge. Most successful wedding planners are entrepreneurs. GHRISTU’s Incubation Centre provides the mentorship needed to launch your own brand right after graduation.

While "Wedding" is a major focus due to its market size, the curriculum is comprehensive. You will master the planning and execution of Corporate Events, Award Shows, Music Festivals, Product Launches, and Private Parties. The core management principles you learn are applicable across the entire $1,500 Billion global event industry.

Not at all. We teach Event Accounting and Budgeting from scratch. You’ll learn how to manage vendor payments, calculate profit margins, and handle "cost-plus" vs. "fixed-fee" models using simple digital tools and software.

We have a dedicated module on Destination Logistics. This covers scouting international/national locations, managing travel and accommodation for hundreds of guests, and navigating the legal requirements of hosting events in different states or countries.

The event industry doesn't follow a 9-to-5 schedule. To give you an authentic experience, some practical workshops and live event shadowing will take place during weekends or evenings. This prepares you for the real-world rhythm of the profession.

Modern planning isn't just about clipboards. You will be trained in 3D Layout Design (for floor plans), Event Management Software (for RSVP tracking), and Digital Marketing tools to promote events and build your professional brand online.

Yes. Through our industry network, we facilitate internships and placement drives with leading event agencies and luxury hotel chains. Your final portfolio—which includes your "Capstone Project" (a complete event plan)—serves as your professional resume for recruiters.

Absolutely. With the rise of "Green Weddings" and eco-conscious corporate events, we teach students how to implement Zero-Waste strategies, sustainable decor sourcing, and ethical food management to meet modern client demands.
