Eligibility

To apply for the B.Sc. (Hons.) Hospital Administration at GHRSTU, you must meet the following criteria: Educational Qualification: Completed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized educational board.

Eligible Streams: Candidates from all streams (Science, Commerce, and Arts) are eligible to apply. While a background in Science is advantageous, it is not a compulsory requirement.

Admission Procedure

The admission process for the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Hospital Administration program is uniquely structured through a strategic industry partnership between GHRSTU and Virohan (an approved training partner of the National Skill Development Corporation – NSDC). This collaboration ensures candidates are evaluated for both academic readiness and employability in the healthcare sector.

Step 1: Application Submission (Via Virohan)
  • Interested candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria and submit their initial application securely through the Virohan portal.
Step 2: Review & Recommendation
  • Virohan’s academic team reviews all submitted applications. Successfully vetted applications are then officially recommended to GHRSTU for admission consideration.
Step 3: Final Selection by GHRISTU
  • The final authority to grant admission rests solely with G H Raisoni Skill Tech University. The university evaluates the recommended shortlist to ensure all academic and administrative compliance standards are met. Note: Not all applications recommended by Virohan are guaranteed approval.
Step 4: Provisional Admission (If Awaiting Results)
  • If your final Class 12 results are pending, you may still apply. If selected, you will be granted provisional admission. However, you must submit your final mark sheets within the stipulated university timeframe, failing which the admission will be revoked.
Step 5: Enrollment Confirmation & University Policy

Upon final approval and fee realization, the university issues an official GHRSTU Enrollment ID. From this point forward, you are officially a student of GHRSTU, and all academic, administrative, and disciplinary policies of the university apply. Applicants are also advised to review Virohan's candidate and refund policies.

Step 6: MANDATORY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

To confirm your seat, the following original documents (along with sets of attested photocopies) must be submitted within 10 days of the batch launch date:
